After you order, email your photo to support@slayharbor.com with your order number. Choosing Two Photos? Send both and tell us which goes on the front and which on the back. We start making your mug once your photo arrives.

How do I add my photo?
After you order, email your photo to support@slayharbor.com with your order number. If you chose Two Photos, send both and tell us which one goes on the front and which on the back.
When will my mug arrive?
Each mug is made to order and dispatches in 7 to 10 business days. We need your photo to start, so please send it right after you order. Delivery after dispatch typically takes 7 to 12 business days via USPS, and every shipment is tracked and insured.
How does the color change work?
The mug is black when cold and turns white when hot liquid is poured in, which brings your photo into view.
How do I care for it?
It is not microwave safe. We recommend washing it by hand to help look after the color-changing finish.
How big is it?
It holds 11 fl oz and is made of ceramic with a handle. We don't have the exact height or diameter to share, so we can't give those measurements.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
