Slayharbor Refunds & Returns Policy

Here at Slayharbor, we believe every gift should land perfectly. We hold our products to a high standard, and we want your shopping experience to be just as good as what's inside the package. To keep things transparent and fair for our entire community, here's everything you need to know about our return and refund process.


What Qualifies for a Return

We're only able to process returns and refunds under these specific circumstances:

  • Arrived Broken or Faulty – Your item shows up with physical damage or a defect from production.
  • Got the Wrong Thing – The product in your package doesn't match what you actually ordered.

❌ Heads up: We can't process returns for things like buyer's remorse, gifting the wrong person, or simply not loving it anymore. Unless your situation fits one of the two cases above, the sale stands.


My Item Showed Up Damaged

Nobody wants to unwrap a broken gift. If that's what happened, shoot us a message within 14 days of your delivery date. We'll likely need a couple of photos to see what's going on. From there, we'll sort it out with either:

  • A fresh replacement sent your way (as long as we have it in stock), or
  • A refund straight back to however you paid.

Wrong Item Delivered

If we packed the wrong thing, that's completely on us and we'll fix it fast. Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll either get the right item shipped out to you or process a full refund — no extra charges, no hassle.


Items That Can't Come Back

For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, certain product types are excluded from returns no matter what — unless they arrive broken, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Skincare and personal care goods
  • Makeup and beauty products
  • Anything worn against or applied directly to the body
  • Custom orders and personalized gift items

Getting Your Money Back

Once your return reaches us and we've had a chance to look it over, we'll be in touch to let you know where things stand. Green-lit refunds get sent back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

A couple of things to note:

  • What you paid for shipping originally won't be refunded.
  • Unless we're the ones who messed up, getting the item back to us is your cost to cover.

Starting the Return Process

Just head to our Contact Us page and drop us a message. To keep things moving quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • What went wrong — broken, defective, or wrong item
  • Any photos that show the issue clearly

Can I Exchange It Instead?

We don't do direct swaps, mostly for hygiene reasons. But if your order qualifies — wrong item, damage, or a defect — we'll either replace it or refund you, whichever works best for your situation.
