Gifts are meant to feel exciting from the moment you order to the second they arrive at your door. We take that seriously, and we want the whole journey to feel as good as the unboxing moment itself.
How We Prepare Your Order
We work differently from big retailers. Rather than stockpiling products in bulk, we source and prepare orders through our production partners on a smaller scale — which means what you receive is fresh, carefully handled, and up to the standard we'd expect ourselves.
- Custom and restocked products: Set aside 7–10 business days for us to get your order production-ready before it ships out.
- Items we have on hand: These go through a 2–4 business day handling window before dispatch.
When Will It Arrive?
After leaving our hands, your package typically makes it to you within 7–12 business days through USPS. Tracking and insurance are included with every single shipment so you're never left wondering where your order is.
Our small-batch sourcing model means demand sometimes gets ahead of supply. When that happens, we'd rather take the extra time to get it right than push something out that doesn't meet our bar.
A Note on COVID-19
Shipping networks are still feeling the ripple effects of the pandemic in some regions. If your order runs into unexpected delays, please know we're doing everything on our end to get it to you as fast as we responsibly can. We appreciate your grace during those moments.
The Real Reason It Sometimes Takes Longer
Here's the honest truth — when something sells out quickly, we don't just throw in whatever we have left. We go back to our production partners, reorder properly, and check every piece before it heads out. That takes a little longer, but it's how we make sure you're never disappointed when you open the box.
You're not getting something mass-produced. You're getting something we actually stood behind before shipping.
Keeping Up With Your Order
A tracking number will land in your inbox the moment your order ships. It can take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to start scanning updates into the system, so give it a little time before checking in.
Our Take on Sustainability
Producing to order rather than overstocking isn't just a business decision — it's one we feel good about. Less waste, less excess, fewer items ending up where they shouldn't. Every order you place with us supports that approach. 🌱 Because of this, all sales are final once placed.
Double Check Your Address
We ship to exactly where you tell us. If something looks off with your address after ordering, reach out immediately — once it's in the carrier's hands, there's very little we can do to redirect it. Losses or delays from incorrect addresses fall outside what we're able to cover.
