What do I need to power it?

It runs on 5V USB and comes with a USB cable. Plug it into a power bank or a USB adapter. Power bank not included.

How warm does it get, and does it turn itself off?

There are three settings: Low 113°F, Medium 122°F and High 131°F. It has overheat protection and switches off automatically after 3 hours.

Which size should I choose?

Small is 18 inches tall. Medium (22 inches) suits about 5'1" to 5'7", and Large (26 inches) about 5'7" to 6'1". Heights are a guide, so go by your build too.

Can I wash it?

The faux fur cover is removable and machine washable.

It looks smaller than expected, or the heat won't turn on. Is it faulty?

Give it up to 48 hours after unboxing to fully expand. If the heat doesn't come on at first, allow up to 48 hours for the button to reset. Still not working? Email support@slayharbor.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Will it arrive in time for a gift?
